Security Retail Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Act as a team player while observing and surveying the area, providing detailed reports on activity.
• Present a physical deterrent by performing patrols on foot and by vehicle.
• Limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats to ensure a safe experience.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports accurately.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as needed.
• Operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment safely.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• At least 18 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• Superior people skills.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (can be obtained within 7 days of an offer).
• 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

$18 per hour.

Schedule

• 24-hour work week.
• Day/Swing Mix: 11am to 7pm on Sunday, 1pm to 9pm on Monday & Tuesday.
