Schedule

1st Shift: Full-Time, Grave Shift, Sunday-Thursday / 10:00pm-6:30am; 2nd Shift: Full Time, Morning Shift, Monday-Friday/ 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $21 - $25 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
