As a Front Desk Security Professional supporting a leading aerospace and defense location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and clear communication. You will help maintain a controlled environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and authorized contractors at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols
• Verify visitor credentials, process registrations, issue temporary badges, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements
• Monitor entry activity, direct guests to appropriate contacts or locations, and help maintain orderly access to restricted areas
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly notifying appropriate personnel
• Answer phones, provide general information, document security-related activities, and communicate concerns or unusual activity to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives

Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Pay and schedule

Part Time position with a pay rate of $24.61 per hour. Schedule: Wednesday 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sunday 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM.
