Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a professional location.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
- Answer phones, assist with directions, manage visitor sign-in processes, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access questions.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Complete required logs, reports, and front desk records, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
Requirements
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include being at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
