Security Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end security technology projects, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related infrastructure
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Cook up internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Facilities, Real Estate, Legal) and external vendors/integrators
- Oversee system design reviews to ensure solutions meet security standards, operational needs, and technical requirements
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
- Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities
- Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals, and change orders
- Conduct site walks and validate installations against approved designs
- Manage vendor performance, escalations, and issue resolution
- Ensure documentation is completed, including as-built drawings, system configurations, and handover packages
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of project management experience, preferably in physical security or low-voltage technology projects
- Experience managing vendors, integrators, and multi-site deployments
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working in operational environments (corporate offices, construction sites, data centers)
