About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in San Diego. The role requires a high focus on customer service and involves working with people on all shifts in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
• Complete additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during the hiring process)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $22.44 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday, 2pm - 10:30pm, 2nd shift
