Security Professional

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for security assistance
• Respond to all emergency situations (i.e. Codes Blue, Green, Pink, Red, and Active Shooter)
• Maintain a presence at high-risk, highly-traficked locations.
• Patrol the perimeter of Mansfield Orthopaedics, Demars Building, Tractor Shed, Health Center Building, and through the parking lots around the Hospital
• Provide staff with escort to their vehicles as requested
• Respond to access lock-out situations
• Check Facilities monitoring systems for medical gas, fire panel, panic alarm system, boiler room, emergency generator, and building management
• Clear snow & treat doorway entrances.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements: High School or vocational school graduate.
• Licenses Required: Valid driver's license.
• Experience Desired: Some experience in hospital, school, or institutional setting. Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred.
