Security Professional

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our security team. Placement will be with a prestigious client, and standing or walking for long periods of time will be required. We provide training for entry-level Security Officers and assist with obtaining and maintaining a security license in the state of TN. A resume is required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management.
• Provide assistance and directions to staff and visitors as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, and security breaches.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any interactions with law enforcement or emergency services.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and address potential security risks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Our Security Officers protect the industrial or commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Clients include Class-A office buildings, luxury residential properties, distilleries, Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, telecommunications, manufacturing/industrial factories, hospitals, and others.

Pay

$17–$20 USD per hour.
