Security Professional Access Control Rover

About the role

As a Security Professional Access Control Rover in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout industrial work areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor access as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observed hazards, unusual conditions, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
