About the Role
Encore Village of Schaumburg is seeking a PRN Security Officer. The majority of shifts are evenings and overnights, including an on-call rotation. This role focuses on customer service and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as an emergency responder for walking and vehicle security patrols
- Report safety hazards
- Perform lock-ups and unlocks
- Complete incident reports
- Provide valet parking services
- Conduct wheelchair escorts and welfare checks
- Support Resident Services Team Members at the reception desk as needed
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls
- Generate maintenance work orders in accordance with the Work Order Policy
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
