About the role
The Security Patrol Officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas at Mauna Lani Resort, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain security by conducting routine patrols of the property and documenting actions taken.
- Secure guest room doors and assist with room access as needed.
- Investigate and respond to claims, complaints, and incidents, completing documented reports.
- Respond promptly to accidents, providing first aid and communicating with emergency services as necessary.
- Resolve safety hazard situations and coordinate vehicle towing.
- Comply with state regulations and property guidelines for handling intoxicated guests and residents.
Requirements
- One year experience as a Security Officer or equivalent.
- Valid drivers' license.
- Prior experience in a luxury environment is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Hawaii Guard Card Certification.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in oral and written communications.
- Professionalism and warmth.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00 hourly. $1,000 Hiring Bonus for successful candidates!
