Security Patrol Driver Residential
About the Role
As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in NEEDHAM, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. This role involves conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points and alarm panels, and helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible, customer-focused presence. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when needed.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting procedures.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
- Licensing requirements may apply based on state and/or local laws.

- Valid driver’s license.
Pay
Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Schedule
Day Time: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM
