Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the community, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Assist with resident and guest access requests, provide directions and information, and help support a professional, courteous environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
