Security Flex Officer- Residential

About the role

We are seeking experienced Flex Security Officers to join our team, providing exceptional protection services for a prestigious, Cypress neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling assigned properties and surrounding areas in a company vehicle.
• Maintaining a visible presence to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
• Aiding residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Responding promptly to incidents and disturbances while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular checks on property security systems.
• Writing detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns.
• Collaborating with law enforcement and other emergency personnel when necessary.

Qualifications

• LAW ENFORCEMENT / MILITARY PREFERRED / FIRST CHOICE
• 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
• ABLE TO STAND/WALK FOR EXTENDED PERIODS (AS NEEDED)
• ABILITY TO WORK OUTDOORS IN THE ELEMENTS
• MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (NO FLAGS OR SUSPENSIONS)
• 2 YEARS OF SECURITY EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Shift

Schedule: Exact schedule to be decided according to candidates availability. Must have open availability.

PAY

$16.00 / per hour / pays weekly
