Security Operations Supervisor
About the role
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to support District Managers in Atlanta, GA. This role oversees guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising subordinate officers and supervisory staff, ensuring high-quality service, and managing a dynamic, service-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manages shifts and/or segments of guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising subordinate officers and supervisory staff
- Evaluates service quality, inspects posts, and initiates corrective action as necessary
- Meets with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and addresses problems
- Provides support during client start-ups, participates in security planning, assessments, and surveys, and reviews post orders
- Coordinates with line management on staff orientation, training, development, and retention
- Maintains and submits payroll records and other employee/business information, reviews client and company reports for accuracy and timeliness
- Maintains a positive, professional environment, ensuring staff understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Communicates and coordinates with line management on scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters
- Assists line management in resolving legal, financial, human resources, and administrative issues
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in security operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of security operations
- Knowledge of supervisory practices
- Planning, organizing, and leadership skills
- Oral and written communications skills
- Strong customer service and service delivery orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information
- Regular use of vehicles in the performance of duties
- Regular talking and hearing
- Responding on an on-call basis to emergencies and incidents at all hours
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 1 year of experience in security operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $53,000 - $55,000 annually
