Security Operations Manager
Your Role
The Bear Creek School is currently seeking to add a member to our team! The Security Operations Manager role plays a vital part in fostering a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors across campus. The ideal candidate will take a proactive and visible approach to campus safety, support emergency preparedness efforts, and help ensure that policies and procedures are carried out with consistency and professionalism. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk the campus for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary
- Capacity to remain alert and attentive throughout assigned shifts
