We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead our contract and temporary security teams in the Southeast MI and Flint/Bay City/Saginaw regions.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $47,000 with benefits

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Provide leadership for Supervisors and Security Officers, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Client Relations: Foster relationships with clients, maintain consistent contact, and billable hours of 16 hours per week.
- Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs, conduct bi-annual to quarterly supervisor trainings/meetings, and ensure CPR/First Aid/MFR certifications.
- Temporary Accounts: Oversee temporary assignments, write MOUs/post guidelines, and communicate necessary information to employees.
- Overtime Management: Ensure non-billable overtime does not exceed company-established thresholds.
- Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely submission of billing and payroll data.
- Site Visits: Conduct site inspections, document findings, and report results in a timely manner.
- Site Equipment and Uniforms: Maintain an inventory of DK-owned equipment and employee uniforms.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
