About the role
Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs. Implement best practices in software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps. Ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration processes. Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Knowledge of software design patterns and principles
- Understanding of software architecture and design
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
