Marksman Security LLC is hiring Part Time Unarmed Security Officers for a professional, high-accountability environment at Toyota Motors North America PDC in Kansas City, MO. Pay: $19.00 per hour. Weekend and holiday availability is required, including 12-hour shifts on weekends. Availability must be submitted 30 days in advance. Officers who are present for every committed shift during the quarter are eligible for a $100 Quarterly Perfect Attendance Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access, eject trespassers or violators from premises when necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor arrivals
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and emergencies by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report safety concerns, security breaches, or unusual circumstances in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• Enforce all rules and regulations
• Perform other duties as determined by management

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a valid State security license
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience OR one year of security experience
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods

Pay
