Security Officer - Wrigley

About This Role

This role is a security guard position where situational awareness and presentation are essential. Officers are expected to demonstrate excellent judgment and interact respectfully with others while ensuring a safe and secure environment. United Security values strong performance and reliability. Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and respectful environment
• Communicate effectively with guests while de-escalating situations as needed
• Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
• Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Other responsibilities may apply

Requirements

• PERC Card required (No Exceptions)
• Willingness to submit to a background check
• Prior Customer Service and Hospitality experience
• Have a professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Security or Customer Service experience
• Ex-law enforcement
• Military service
