About the role
Allied Universal is now hiring Security Officers in Philadelphia, PA for morning into evening shifts available from Monday through Sunday (9 AM - 10 PM).
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Must have 1 year of security experience.
- Willingness to work 12 to 13-hour shifts.
- Willingness to be an on-call officer.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
Skills
- Customer service skills.
- Emergency response capabilities.
- Patrol and security procedures knowledge.
