Security Officer - Weekly Pay

About the role

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, patrolling locations, preserving order, enforcing regulations, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises, access control, and patrol various locations
• Preserve order and enforce regulations for personnel, visitors, and area
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds completed
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift
• Conduct tours of the property
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer/technology skills
• Valid UT state Driver's License preferred
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen, background investigation)

• No previous security experience required
