Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a food and beverage production location, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel in accordance with site procedures to help protect restricted areas and support facility operations.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other designated locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with access control systems and badge management (issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors).
• Experience with alarm panel systems (knowledge of alarm monitoring, response protocols, and troubleshooting alarm system issues).
• Proficiency using computers or tablets for daily tasks (software applications, email communication, data entry).
• Strong customer service skills (handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing positive customer experience).

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
