Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail location clients, members, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, entrance and exit areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment for customers, employees, and deliveries.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to incidents, patrols, observations, and security-related activities.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
