Job Description

As a Security Officer Warehouse Patrol in San Bernardino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the movement of personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering and leaving the location, following established access and visitor-management procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
