Security Officer Visitor Verification

About the role

As a Security Officer Visitor Verification in Hollywood, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will monitor entry points, verify visitors and residents, and conduct routine patrols that help to deter security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the residential location, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant activity and communicating with residents, property management, and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to observe conditions, report unusual activity, and support security-related operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

DayTime: Mon 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Thur 07:30 AM - 07:00 PM, Sat 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM
