About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Your visible presence will help support a secure, professional environment while assisting with security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and customers at a financial institution by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Manage the front desk area by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access to the location, observe lobby activity, and report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and protecting confidential customer information.

Requirements

• Possess at least six months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
