As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help support a secure, professional environment while responding to security-related concerns and assisting staff, patients, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, vendors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry activity, verify visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate areas in accordance with facility requirements.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a professional front-desk presence and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.05 / Hour
• Schedule: Friday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Saturday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
