Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer - Veterans Access in Gaffney, SC. Serve and safeguard clients in various industries while contributing to a welcoming location experience through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Licenses may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
• Physical stamina for patrolling and responding to incidents.
