Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Orovada, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a welcoming, secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify credentials and maintain visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations and actions taken.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$25.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Position Type: Full Time
• Day shifts: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
