About the role

Seeking reliable Security Officers to help maintain safety, monitor property, and provide excellent customer service. Duties include patrolling, access control, surveillance monitoring, and reporting suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

• Rover - Foot Patrol: Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents
• Rover - Golf Cart: Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents; golf cart operation required and must clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
• Gatehouse: Control access, verify visitors, and maintain security logs
• Pool: Monitor pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests
• Clubhouse: Monitor facilities, assist guests, and maintain a safe environment
• Front Desk: Greet residents and guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate communication while maintaining security procedures

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Florida Security D License
• Valid FL Driver’s License
• Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay

$16.50/hour - $17.00/hour

Schedule

Multiple shifts available (weekends & holidays required). Set and split schedules available.
