About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter.
  • Monitor activity at the location and report unusual conditions or concerns according to site procedures.
  • Support Allied Universal standards while assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and/or incident documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • An armed guard card/license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A valid firearms permit is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
