As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help to deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet systems as needed. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification protocols.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in clear, accurate reports for site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$17.47 per hour.

Part-time. Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
