As a Security Officer Unarmed Route Patrol Driver in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

- Daytime: Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas, including building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related incidents to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
