What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter areas.
- Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
- Assist with access control activities and visitor interactions in accordance with site-specific guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
