Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed Response in Goleta, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a retail-focused location, helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
