About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Watch in Independence, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support access control and visitor-related processes as directed by site-specific policies.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses required may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions only.
