Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Surveillance

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location in Cincinnati, OH. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This part-time position offers flexibility with a schedule that works for you and access to the Claim a Shift platform for additional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity; verify credentials and direct individuals in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$17.00 per hour, part-time.

Schedule

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
