Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Operations

About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in East Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This role involves conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position represents Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture while working with integrity and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorized personnel and visitors, and reporting access concerns to site leadership.
- Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $15.10 / Hour

- Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
