About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Operations in Lima, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Qualifications

Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
