Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a business park location. In this primarily driving role, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, document observations using computer or tablet tools, and provide professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business location and perimeter.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
