Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed - Patrol Driver in Yuma, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document details for site leadership and Allied Universal management.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance or operational issues.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and/or deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized activity while supporting traffic flow and facility rules.
- Aid with incident reports, communication logs, and shift pass-downs, and support emergency procedures, evacuations, and other security-related responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
