As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location in Carthage, MO, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. You will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify potential issues or unusual activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to support security-related operations.
• Support posted and foot patrol duties in changing indoor and outdoor conditions, while maintaining awareness of equipment traffic, restricted areas, and operational activity across the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
