Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic corporate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Maintain a vigilant presence to deter security-related incidents and ensure the safety of the premises.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses and certifications required may vary by state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
