As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a retail mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter of the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing conditions throughout the location, and reporting unusual activity.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and emergency responders as needed.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $16.20 / Hour

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
