As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while working as part of a team that reflects Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
Maintain access to the location, verify visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership while following post orders and escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
