About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed - Mobile Rover in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas, including building entrances, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications; maintain professional interactions while supporting a positive environment at the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour. Schedule: DayTime Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM. Position Type: Full Time.
