About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Medical Center Patrol in Bullhead City, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and activity across the location, helping to support authorized entry, visitor awareness, and adherence to property rules and expectations.
• Communicate with site contacts, tenants, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, disturbances, and other security-related matters at the location.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Skills

Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
