About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors and team members, respond professionally to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, loading areas, offices, storage areas, and the surrounding perimeter, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs of arrivals, departures, deliveries, and security-related incidents.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
- Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Day shift: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM (Saturday, Sunday)
