Security Officer Unarmed Inspection Patrol
About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Inspection Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report concerns, assist visitors and tenants, and provide professional communication and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or site contacts as directed by established procedures.
- Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions through accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Tuesday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

$14.00 / Hour
